Mia’s work as a Business Coach draws on over 12 years of corporate experience in the area of organisation and people development.  As a human resources professional, she worked across a broad spectrum of business disciplines, providing leadership to manufacturing and service industries across Ireland, UK and Europe.  Mia applies her expertise to coach business leaders to develop and deliver business strategy through leadership and team development, achieving outstanding business results through people.
