To develop an innovative culture for a global Brand Technical Centre with improved cross-functional working, cost reduction and performance pressures, demanding project processes and schedule.

Coaching Intervention: 
Developed a vision with the leadership team of the ideal culture – behaviours, attitudes & values.
Key stakeholders and employee representative groups were engaged around the vision.
Business leaders were coached on new ways of working.
