WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP COACHING - CASE STUDY 7

Individual Challenge: 
Career mother in highly, pressurised work environment covering maternity leave in a new organisation, new type of business, new role, with a newly appointed boss and a new team.

Coaching Intervention:
Established clear goals and objectives for period of maternity leave cover both from personal and business perspectives.
Reviewed progress against goals and worked through current business challenges.
Client sought feedback from colleagues to understand current performance.
Feedback was used to build confidence and focus on specific leadership development areas.
Developed understanding of all aspects of work-life balance that would lead to personal fulfilment.

Result:
Successful delivery of new role, established herself extremely well within the organisation.
Offered permanent leadership position in another part of the business as a direct result of excellent delivery of temporary opportunity.
Currently focusing on work-life balance goals.
