Specialist HR Coaching

This programme is designed to coach HR professionals to deliver sustainable business performance by developing a coaching culture, capability development and engagement strategies as well as facilitating their growth as a business leader.  It is suitable for established and newly appointed HR Directors/Managers that do not have an experienced HR line manager to coach and develop them.
