New Mother Coaching Programme

This specialist coaching programme has been specifically developed for career women embarking on maternity leave.  It involves a series of coaching sessions to help the woman adjust to the life changing reality of becoming a mother with the added complexity of integrating back into the workplace after maternity leave.

This programme commences 2 months before the start of the maternity leave with 2 coaching sessions concentrating on preparation for this life transition as well as handing over work responsibilities to colleagues or a replacement.

Following the birth of the new baby, it is recommended that the coaching sessions recommence after a couple of months, with a minimum of 2 coaching sessions prior to return to work, which will concentrate on values prioritisation, work environment and childcare arrangements.  The coaching will continue after the return to work to facilitate adjustment back into the workplace while being separated from the baby on a regular basis.

Career Mother Coaching is an opportunity:
To increase self-awareness around the significant life change being embarked upon so that you are better able to integrate your personal and business life when that time comes around.
To ensure your priorities include yourself, so that you have enough to go around between your new baby, your relationship, social life and work.
To prepare yourself for a life changing event by pre-empting as much as possible in a changing landscape.
To ensure your confidence is high so that you are able to take on the many new challenges that are about to come your way.
To make sure your life is in balance so that you can perform at your optimum level in the new priority aspects of your life.
To identify what is important to you in terms of achieving personal fulfilment.
To become the best person you can be so that you can be the best mother for your new baby.
